Attracting your first pair of swifts can be quite difficult. Swifts are sociable birds and are attracted to popular nesting sites where colonies are already in existence.

One thing that really does work is playing their attraction calls near your box.

What does this include?

Call System Instructions

• ‍‍Attach speaker to swift box.
• The speaker can be either inside or outside the box but if outside, although waterproof, place underneath the box for some protection from the elements.
• Pass wire back to amplifier (the cable is small enough to go through a window frame when closed).
• Attach speaker cable to amplifier.
• One wire in red portal one in neighbouring black portal (it doesn’t matter which wire but the portals must be next to each other).
• Plug amplifier into mains using two pin adapter (a timer can be added at this point).
• Put USB stick in amplifier and turn on.
