Returns Information
Peak Boxes offers a no-quibble returns policy. We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if not, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Let us know within 30 days of delivery by email: customerservice@peakboxes.co.uk
Please note - unless electrical items were received faulty, they need to be returned in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 21 days for the credit to reach your account.
Delivery Information
We ship using DPD and occasionally other couriers, anywhere in the UK.
We ship all boxes from our warehouse within 5 to 7 days of order placement. There are rare occasions will this can take a little longer. For all Apex Boxes and bespoke requests, unless otherwise specified, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Delivery can take up to 48 hours. You will be contacted by DPD/local courier when they have received your parcel.
Shipping cost is calculated by your order’s total weight.
