Returns Information

  • Peak Boxes offers a no-quibble returns policy. We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if not, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund. Let us know within 30 days of delivery by email: customerservice@peakboxes.co.uk
  • Please note - unless electrical items were received faulty, they need to be returned in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
  • Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 21 days for the credit to reach your account.

Delivery Information

  • We ship using DPD and occasionally other couriers, anywhere in the UK.
  • We ship all boxes from our warehouse within 5 to 7 days of order placement. There are rare occasions will this can take a little longer. For all Apex Boxes and bespoke requests, unless otherwise specified, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
  • Delivery can take up to 48 hours. You will be contacted by DPD/local courier when they have received your parcel.
  • Shipping cost is calculated by your order’s total weight.
  • You are welcome to arrange pick-up of orders from our workshop in Hope. Please email or call to arrange.
