Where is my order?

‍We do our best to make and dispatch orders quickly, however at busy times - this can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. You will receive shipping info from our courier as soon as your order is ready to ship. Please check your email, including your spam folder.‍

Do I need to coat or paint my box?

‍There is no need to treat or paint the boxes prior to putting them up. If you desire to paint the box, we suggest using a water-based, non-toxic paint. Please don’t paint over the entrance holes, or dark spots on the landing strips - this is what Swifts look for when searching for a nest.‍

Do you do discounts for buying multiple boxes?

‍Yes we do, we offer 10% discounts for 3 or more boxes, 15% for 10 or more.

We do not discount House Martin Towers or Electronics such as the sound systems or cameras. ‍
